Leadership
The Kelton Team is shaped by its 'family business' DNA, and many of Kelton's team members have been with the Group for the majority of their careers. This has reinforced Kelton's operational stability through economic cycles, and nurtured the Group's core values of adopting a generational perspective, longer term focus, and creating economic value for all of Kelton's stakeholders.
Sir James Ah Koy KBE
CHAIRMAN
Sir James is the Founder and Chairman of the Kelton Group, and continues to actively participate in the investment decision making process. A well known and colorful personality across the South Pacific, Sir James career spans numerous fields of achievement including politics, the civil and diplomatic service in addition to his public company and private business achievements.
Anthony Ah Koy
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Anthony is the Group Managing Director. Anthony is a Bachelor and Master of Commerce graduate of the University of Auckland. He has been with Kelton for his entire career, and has served in numerous roles across the Group including property development, general management, business development and Board positions across Kelton’s Pacific and Asian operations.
Carolyn Ah Koy
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Carolyn is the Group Director with responsibility for the rental revenue streams of the Groups property portfolio. A Bachelor of Arts graduate of the University of Auckland, Carolyn was involved with the garment manufacturing and hospitality operations of the Group for a number of years, and now oversees the rental revenue, design and presentation of the Group’s property portfolio.
Monica Ah Koy
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Monica is an Executive Director who was involved with the Airline operations of the Group. Monica is involved in Business Development, as well as Product and Project Marketing for the Group.
Rachel Ah Koy
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Rachel is a well-known sports personality and South Pacific Games and Commonwealth Games athlete. Rachel is an Accounting and Finance Graduate of the University of Otago, and enjoyed a long accounting career with PwC in New Zealand. She is now developing a family distribution business across Australia and New Zealand. Rachel is an Executive Director of the Kelton Group and resides in Australia.
Racheal Bale
COMPANY SECRETARY
Racheal is the Group's Administration Manager and Company Secretary. Racheal has spent most of her 20+ year career with Kelton in the finance and administration team, and now heads the Group's Administration team, and performs the Group's general management and human resources management roles.
Anit Kumar
GROUP ACCOUNTANT
Anit is the newest member of the Corporate team and joined Kelton having worked for a number of years in public accounting practice. Anit handles all of Kelton's internal Management Reporting and works with Kelton's external auditors across three countries to prepare Group Annual Reports.
